Backtracking

I never got pictures on here from my second birthday party, so here they are. Daddy's card on his camera was messed up so we had to get pictures from my cousin Dale. Sorry for the delay. I'm sure you'll still enjoy. By the way the one with my eyes shut are me trying to wink with Grandpa Hale. Whenever he winks at me I try really hard to do it just like him, but both my eyes shut!

Great Monday

Today I went to Grandma Filler's as usually early in the morning with Daddy, but about 10:40 Mommy came over there. She really threw me for a loop. She was supposed to have jury duty, not sure what that means, but everyone was happy that Mommy was released from it. Since she got done early she came and got me and we went to the Monday get together at Granny Conner's house. Lynley and I had so much fun playing together. We played on the porch, hallway, and played on the organ together. We had a great lunch too. Aunt Clata even brought fruit and she had blueberries which Lynley and I found out that we love. When Great Great Uncle Bob came back to pick up Clata Lynley and I both got up on his lap and he hummed us a cool song. The pictures on here from today are from Mommy's cell phone, but they didn't come out too bad. We've got to start taking the camera everywhere again. Oh by the way the picture of Daddy and I is a little older. It's when Daddy tried to entertain me while waiting at the ER after we had our little fender bender.

Growin Up

I just read in Lynley's blog how she's getting a big tooth in the back of her mouth and guess what? I'm getting one too! Mommy thought I was cranky Friday night at the lakes and then she noticed my gum was broken and a tooth is poking through in the back of my mouth. Friday was just a crazy day. Earlier that day Mommy got rear ended on our way home after she picked me up from Kimberly's house. Next week she will get her car fixed and we we have a rental car for a couple days. I just get to change cars all the time with my Mommy! If that wasn't enough Mommy has to go for Jury selection on Monday and Tuesday and has to take 2 days off school already! I'm just thinking goodness sakes people I just want my Mommy staying home with me again. She's way too busy! I'm having a great time at Kimberly's and Grandma Filler's houses. I know Mommy's having a great time at school too because she keeps saying that she LOVES her class this year. Mommy decided that since I'm getting up so early again with her working that I have to go to bed at 8 every night. Last night she also decided it was time for me to learn to go to sleep on my own in my crib. I guess rocking me to sleep wasn't working out like it used to! :0 Trust me I knew how to work it. I would get almost asleep on Mommy or Daddy then pop up and start crying. They would then sometimes let me stay up later til' I got tired. That was awesome because I was up til 11 sometimes like big people do! The Dr. said I should be in my room at the same time everynight for bedtime and Mommy and Daddy should let me cry if necessary. Well last night I was out in 13 minutes and tonight I was done crying in 9 minutes. Mommy and Daddy are so happy with me over that. Tonight I even layed on my belly once I got quiet and rubbed my sheet until I fell asleep! Maybe I can get something out of this doing so well at bedtime thing! I might be little still, but I'm figuring things out quick! Ok, I know I promised more pictures, but I'm gonna have to get it next time.

Boating

This weekend we got to go to the lakes in Ohio with the Roberts Family. We got to stay at their families lake house and we got to go boating. I'm still not convinced on the life jacket being in my face, but I did enjoy the boat once we got going. It was so relaxing I took a good nap out on the boat while everyone had fun. Daddy went tubing and even tried skiing. He was an awesome tuber, but not so much on the skiing. Then later the Dads watched the kids and the moms went out on ski doos. Mommy got to drive a ski doo for the very first time. Then we traded and the dads went out and Daddy got to drive too. We had a lot of fun with the Roberts family. Their daughter Amelia is just about 22 months old, so I like to play with her. They also have Ethan who is in middle school and Avery who is 5 and just started Kindergarten. I'm gonna post one picture of me on the boat and then I will post more really soon.

Hello Friends

Wow, I know I've gotten seriously behind again. Bad news is I just found out I have yet another ear infection:( Had to go back to the Dr. today. I cried from the first time the dr. and the nurse touched me until it was time to go. I think I remember that place from the time we walk in now. Mommy and Daddy keep taking me there tooooooo much! Other than that, this week I've been getting used to having my babysitters again. Mommy has gone back to work so I've gotten to spend time with Grandma Hale, Grandma Filler, and will see my new babysitter Kimberly on Friday. When I go to Kimberly's I get to play with her baby Kamea who is 6 months old. I can't quite figure out why she won't crawl or try to follow me around when I want her to. I'll have to get some pictures of us together so that you can see her. I promise to get lots of other pictures for my next post too! I've done so many things that we haven't gotten posted yet, so there's lots to see.

Oh Where Oh Where...................

has my cousin gone? Oh where oh where could she be? Lynley Grace I miss you. I feel like we haven't gotten to play and get into troubles in a long time. Mommy even has a bright new car you haven't seen yet. It's little, but it's flashy! As soon as Mommy is done with this training thing in Gas City we have to get together. I miss you. You need to come over and play with all my new toys. Your Mommy and my Mommy can talk while we find places to hide and get things the grownups don't want us to find.

Catching Up

Wow this has been a crazy week. We had VBS, we babysat Layla 3 days, I got to spend time with Grandma Hale and Grandma and Grandpa Filler, and I had to go to my 12 mo. Dr. apointment. I'll start with VBS. I only went a couple of the nights. I couldn't go Sunday because I had just had my second birthday party the day right after Lynley and I's party and I was zonked out. Mommy thinks all that sugar from the icing went straight through my veins! By the way I am sorry I never updated all of you on my second party. I had a great time of course and enjoyed more presents and eating some more cake and just seeing all of my family. I'm putting pictures of lots of things from this week so you will see what I've been up to. Let's see with Layla I had so much fun. A couple of days we had her we just stayed home during the day, but then took her to VBS with us too. Mommy and Daddy taught the preschool class so she was in their class with them. I got to go all over the church and travel around outside some in my stroller and see what the kids in recreation were doing. Everyone kept me super busy because they didn't want me to miss Mommy and Daddy too much. The last night of VBS was Thursday and there was a program that lasted until 9 so I got to spend the evening at home with Grandma and Grandpa Filler. I was asleep on Grandpa's lap when Mommy and Daddy got home. Daddy put me in bed and I woke up at 11:30 and was up until 4 am. Daddy didn't even go to work because there was very little sleep in our little house last night. Mommy woke up on the couch when Audra and Layla knocked on the door. We had a great time playing at home together went to some garage sales, and then went to the car dealership in New Castle. Mommy still might be getting a new car, because they want to make things right with Mommy's car. After we got done there it was time to take Layla home and we headed home too. I went to bed early and Mommy said I really need to sleep good tonight so we can all have a good day together tomorrow.
