Lazy Saturdays

Today was a day for our family to rest and relax at home together. Mommy wasn't feeling good from being up a lot on Friday night with a fever. She woke up in the middle of the night with a fever and even called the dr. She was worried she was going to have to go to the hospital, but after one little call with Dr. Pete all was set straight. I guess that man is pretty important and had a big role in bringing Evan and I into this world. Thankfully after the fever went away it hasn't come back again. So, we all just spent time at home relaxing and the only thing we went out for was more water cooler bottles from Lowes. Boy do they have some really nice riding mowers right outside their door. It's like putting candy at the check out for me! I could have stayed there and checked those out all day!
After going out to Lowes we came back home and stayed and relaxed the rest of the day. I took a 3 hour nap and Evan mostly took short little naps. Mommy and Daddy are raving about how he slept a 7 hour stretch Friday night!!! Daddy even took a little nap too. Mommy got a few cat naps here and there too. All in all it was a great day. Today it's off to church in a little while and then who knows???

Busy, Busy, Busy

Evan and I have had a good week so far. Yesterday we had company all day. Grandma Filler came over and then Kimberly and Kamea came. Kamea and I had a good time playing while Kimberly got to hold Evan.

Mommy and I are thanking you both for getting me the Winnie the Pooh airbed. I am such a big boy! Daddy put me on it at 6am today and I slept til 8 on it. Mommy told me it was nap time and at first I wanted in my crib but after we read our books I layed down on the Pooh bed, Mommy covered me up and gave me my teddy bear and blanket and I went to sleep. The bear I love is the one Carol sent me right after I was born. Thank you Carol too!

Evan took a nap in his bed today too for 2 hours!!

A Regular Tuesday Night

For a long time now we've had a regular Tuesday ritual. Meet Grandma and Pa at Subway for supper then Mommy would go to Sabra's for bible study and Daddy, Pa, Lynley, and I would go to Great Grandpa and Grandma Filler's house. Well tonight we had two big changes. First of all Evan got to go tonight for the first time and Mommy didn't have bible study anymore so she got to go with us to Fillers. Lynley and I had a great time playing on the back porch ramp like always and Great Uncle Jimmy even took us outside for a while. At about 8:00 I decided to have a meltdown when the grownups said we weren't going back outside so Mommy and Daddy decided it was time to head home and get to bed.

I decided after watching baby Evan get his bath today that I should go back to kitchen sink baths in the baby tub too!! Why not?? I still fit as you can see! You'll also see that we went to Shadyside Park today. I had a great time and took a 3 hour nap afterwards!
